The unique aspects of a place - climate, soil and topography - influences and shapes the tea made there and gives it a specific personality, much like terroir in wine.

If you consider turmeric, as an example, in its combination with ginger with a little hint of chocolate and almond, it creates a healthy and spellbinding beverage, whether you take it hot or iced. It’s also amazing in terms of its chemo-protective properties - the natural goodness that both the turmeric and the gingerroot in particular offer. Then, beyond that, taking traditional favourites, Bergamot which is the essence and foundation of Early Grey and combining it with Peppermint provides a beautiful explosion of taste. Green Rooibos with Coconut and Mango – a combination of tropical flavours, richness and creaminess of the coconut, balanced by the sweet softness of the mango, combined with the lightly nutty Green Rooibos, creates more than a beverage; it creates a memory.
